Apdata Mobile2.23 - App Store

The new Apdata Mobile app was redeveloped from the ground up and features many improvements on performance, user experience, accessibility and also new features.
It was developed for Apdata customers using the new 5.59 version of Global Antares HR portal.
If your company still uses an earlier version of the GA portal, please use the Apdata HR app - also available on the App Store.

Enhancement
Users who are not part of any Localization Groups can make offline time clock entries.
The app's data consumption has been reduced to prevent excessive server load. 2.23 03/01/2025 Performance adjustments 2.22 02/10/2025 - Users are able to schedule vacation for unpaid periods.
- Dates of cloc in/out were not displayed and remained visible approved clock in/out.
- Limiting the use of the 'Register Questions' button to one window at a time.

Enhancement:
- The application allows downloading the signed document. 2.21 01/27/2025 - The forms with attached files show the fields as expected.
- Users and passwords will be verified after changes to the Kiosk mode settings. 2.20 10/28/2024 - The "Attachment" button on the form is displayed only in the steps where it is configured.
- After attaching the file to the form, when using the back function, the fields are displayed as usual. 2.19 10/02/2024 - Kiosk Mode users no longer become offline upon login.
- Fix for the time recorded during offline clock-ins. The actual time is always saved. 2.18 09/25/2024 - PPE names are fully displayed. If the name is too long, it will be broken into additional lines.
- The "Situation Reason" field may be completed in medical certificates for days of absence.
- The application no restricts the allowances for timekeeping events without attachments.
- Files in ".pdf", ".xls", ".doc", "jpeg", or ".jpg" formats can be attached to the forms.
